The Footy Cats program encompasses a number of initiatives aimed at building a love for the game and connection to the Geelong Cats. Our visits to school clinics, junior clubs and Auskick Centres comes under the Footy Cats program, as well as annual events Community Camp and Country Day. The Geelong Cats work closely with AFL Barwon to organise these visits, which are always a highlight on the calendar. After going virtual the past two years, the Footy Cats program is back being delivered in person in 2022.
