Game Development

The Geelong Cats in partnership with AFL Victoria, deliver a range of targeted initiatives and opportunities to grow the game, on and off the field and at home and far away.

From Auskick through to junior football, from alternative and inclusive formats and across volunteers, coaches and educators the Club works with AFL Victoria to ensure that needs of the region are being supported.
Annual AFL and AFLW Community Camps are designed to increase participation, engagement and membership across regional, remote and culturally diverse communities.

With a number of AFL and AFLW players having come through the local pathways, the Cats have a great understanding of the impact they can have and truly appreciate how the region can grow from grassroots to greatness.
